Sean Fairfoul

Sean is a Director at Lateral Planning with over 28 years experience in the public and private sectors.   He brings a range of knowledge and capability across various facets of town planning and project implementation. With a passion for development strategy, Sean has successfully navigated complex approval processes for numerous projects, including commercial, mixed-use and large-scale retail centre expansions.   Sean also has significant experience at the State Administrative Tribunal as a highly regarded advocate and expert witness, together with exposure to District and Supreme Court proceedings.
